多分支井双管完井管柱结构及先导性试验 被引量:2

Structure and Pilot Test of Dual-Tube Completion String in Multi-Branch Wells

摘要 为了满足采油管柱双管完井需求,实现主、分支井眼的压力隔离和独立开采,开发了自喷井双管完井工艺技术。对工具的关键结构进行了力学性能评价,并对工艺管柱开展了地面功能试验和试验井工程测试。研究结果表明:双管密封锁定接头的最大等效应力发生在螺纹根部,最大应力为620 MPa,小于材料屈服强度930 MPa,安全系数为1.5,满足强度要求。地面测试和先导性试验表明该技术满足现场使用需求,达到了5级完井水平,具备工业化推广价值。 In order to meet the requirement of double-pipe completion of the production string and realize the pressure isolation and independent production of the main and lateral wellbore,the double-pipe completion technology for self-injection well was developed.The mechanical properties of the key structure of the tool were evaluated,and the surface function test and the test well engineering test were carried out.The research results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the double-pipe sealing locking joint occurs at the root of the thread,the maximum stress is 620 MPa,which is less than the material yield strength of 930 MPa,and the safety factor is 1.5,which meets the strength requirements.The ground test and pilot test show that the technology meets the requirement of field technology,has reached level 5 completion level,which has the value of industrial popularization.
