摘要 为解决深井固井现场的设备多、占用空间大和风险高等问题,开展了大流量高能混合器结构设计、固液气混合原理分析、混浆橇集成配套和双变量双闭环控制技术等研究,研制了混浆能力达到4 m^(3)/min的大流量自动混浆橇。利用流体分析软件进行固井液混合流场分析,优化混合器结构。通过厂内试验,结果满足设计要求。大流量混浆橇的成功研制为固井水泥浆的连续批量混合和泵注提供了条件。 In order to solve the problems of many equipment,large space occupation and high risk in deep well cementing site,the structural design of large flow and high energy mixer,analysis of solid-liquid gas mixing principle,integrated matching of slurry mixing skid and dual-variable dual-closed-loop control technology were carried out.A large-flow automatic mixing skid with a mixing capacity of 4 m^(3)/min was developed.Through the fluid analysis software,the analysis of the cementing fluid mixing flow field was carried out,and the structure of the mixer was optimized.Through the factory test,the results meet the design requirements.The successful development of the large-flow slurry mixing skid provides conditions for continuous batch mixing and pumping of cement slurry.
