摘要
为解决水下基盘在钻完井作业中导向绳和导向桩必须整体取出、整体下入等问题,研制了水下基盘导向桩连接器。在对连接器主要结构进行理论分析的基础上,应用有限元法对该工具的外壳、环形套筒、套筒底座进行分析,证明工具结构的安全性。室内试验表明,水下基盘导向桩连接器能在设计方案下快速连接释放。该工具已应用20多井次,累计使用时间达888 d,表明连接器可使用ROV液压工具进行操作,性能指标满足海洋钻井和修井要求,大幅节省作业时间、降低作业风险、提高作业时效、节省费用。
In order to solve the problem that the guide rope and the guide pile must be taken out and lowered as a whole during the drilling and completion operation of the underwater base plate,the underwater base plate guide pile connector was developed.Based on the theoretical analysis of the main structure of the connector,the shell,annular sleeve and sleeve base of the tool were analyzed by using the finite element method to prove the safety of the tool structure.The laboratory test shows that the underwater foundation plate guide pile connector can be quickly connected and released under the design scheme.The tool has been used for more than 20 wells with a cumulative service time of 888 days,indicating that the connector can be operated by ROV hydraulic tool,and its performance index meets the requirements of offshore drilling and workover operation.The connector can greatly save operation time,reduce operation risk,improve operation efficiency and save cost.
