摘要 目的:探讨以团队为基础的学习(TBL)、案例为基础的学习(CBL)和以问题为中心的学习(PBL)融合教学法在儿科实习带教中的应用效果。方法:选择湖南中医药大学医学院2016级临床医学专业本科生100名作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用TBL-CBL-PBL融合教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,最终以儿科理论测试题、教师评价和调查问卷对学生的学习效果进行主观和客观评价,以问卷调查了解学生对两种教学方法的满意度。比较两组学生的学习效果及教学满意度。结果:观察组测试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在满意度调查方面,观察组学生满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TBL-CBL-PBL融合教学法可以显著提升儿科实习带教水平,提高学生的综合临床能力以及对教学的满意度,应用效果较好。 Objective:To analyze the application effects of TBL-CBL-PBL integrated teaching mode in pediatric practice teaching.Methods:One hundred students majoring in clinical medicine of grade 2016 in the Medical College of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into observation group and control group according to the blind selection method,with 50 cases in each group.The students in the control group were given aditional teaching mode,and were given TBL-CBL-PBL integrated teaching method in the observation group.The learning outcomes and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After learning,the score of case analysis,score of theoretical knowledge and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of TBL-CBL-PBL integrated teaching method in the process of pediatric internship teaching can significantly improve the teaching level of pediatric practice,which can enhance comprehensive quality of students and improve teaching satisfaction.
