基于动科技能大赛的创新创业型人才培养研究与实践

当前我国经济面临结构转型升级,地方本科院校应用型创新创业人才培养成为社公关注的焦点。针对目前“双创”型人才培养中存在的专业课程与创新创业课程融合度不高、实践教学平台资源不足、竞赛组织思路不清晰、创新创业教育效果不理想等问题,笔者遵循动科技能大赛构建以社会需求为导向,以校企合作协同育人为基本路线,通过“学启创、践促创、赛激创”三位一体的校企联合培养模式,提高本科生的创新创业素养,为适应创新型国家发展需婴的“双创”型人才提供培养模式。

At present,China's economy is facing structural lransformation and upgrading.Application-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship talents training in local undergraduate universities has become the focus of social attention.Aiming at the"double gen"existing in the personnel training of poessional curriculum and innovative entrepreneursbhip alignment is not high,the practice leaching platform insuficient resources,competition organization way of thinking is not clear,innovation,entrepreneurship education effect is not ideal,based on the dynamic technology can contest build with social needs as the guidance,in university-enterprise cooperation cooperative education as the basic route,Through the trinity training mode of"learning to initiate innovation,practice to promote innovation and competition to stimulate innovation",the universily and enlerprise joint training can improve the innovation and entrepreneurship quality of undergraduales,and provide a training mode for"innovation and entrepreneurship"talents that meet the developnent needs of innovative country.
