三叶木通种质资源形态学标记的遗传多样性分析 被引量:4

摘要 以96份来源于贵州、湖南、秦岭地区的三叶木通实生种质资源为材料,对其19个表型性状进行遗传多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析.结果表明,10个数量性状变异系数范围为12.9%~41.4%,9个质量性状的遗传多样性指数范围为0.59~1.85;通过相关分析可知,大部分性状之间都有显著相关性;主成分分析将表型性状整合为4个主成分,累积贡献率达到64.714%,第1主成分主要与果实性状有关,第2和第3主成分都主要与叶片长宽和形态有关,第4主成分主要与植株染病情况有关;聚类分析将96份资源划分为3个类群,第Ⅰ类为果实、叶片较大的类群,第Ⅱ类为果实抗病性较强类群,第Ⅲ类为无果实着生、株型疏散类群.综合分析三叶木通种质资源遗传多样性,为三叶木通种质资源的利用及品种选育等提供重要参考. Based on 96 germplasm resources of Akebia trifoliata from Guizhou,Hunan and Qinling,the genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis of 19 phenotypic characters of A.trifoliata were carried out.The results showed that the CV(coefficient variation)of 10 quantitative traits were ranged from 12.9%to 41.4%,and the genetic diversity index of 9 quality traits were ranged from 0.59 to 1.85.The correlation analysis showed that there were significant correlations between most of the traits.The principal component analysis integrated the phenotypic traits into 4 principal components,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 64.714%.The first principal component was mainly related to fruit characters,both second and third principal component were mainly related to the leaf shape,and the fourth principal component was mainly related to plant disease infection.The 96 resources were divided into three groups by cluster analysis.The first group was the group with larger fruit and leaves,the second group was the group with better fruit disease resistance,the third group was the group with no fruit set and loose plant architecture.Comprehensive analysis of genetic diversity of germplasm resources of A.trifoliata provided important reference for its utilization and breeding.
