Creating the New Image of Public Cultural Service:An Exploration of the Development of Weinan’s Etiquettes and Norms

渭南是华夏文明重要的发祥地之一,有着深厚的礼仪文化积淀。在国家公共文化服务体系示范区创新发展中,渭南将服务礼仪纳入《渭南市基本公共文化服务实施标准(2021-2025)》,通过出台《渭南市公共文化服务礼仪规范》、开展服务礼仪培训、评选服务礼仪“标兵”等举措,将礼仪精神贯穿于传承中华优秀传统文化、挖掘地域特色文化和构建现代公共文化高质量发展新格局的各项服务之中,推动“华夏文明之根守护工程”“公共文化服务提质增效工程”“华彩渭南文化形象塑造工程”建设,契合了现代公共文化服务高质量发展和示范区创新发展内在要求。

As an important cradle of Chinese civilization,Weinan city retains a rich cultural heritage of etiquettes.With the innovative development of the demonstration zones for national public cultural service system,service etiquettes are included into the Implementation Standards for Basic Public Cultural Service in Weinan City.By issuing the Public Cultural Service Etiquette Rules of Weinan City,providing etiquette training,honoring service etiquette"models"and the like,the spirit of etiquettes runs through such public cultural services as carrying forward excellent traditional Chinese culture,exploring regional culture,and creating a new model of highquality development of modern public culture.Weinan city is proactive to effectively promote the project of"Protecting the Roots of Chinese Civilization",enhancing the quality and performance of public cultural services,and shaping Huacai Weinan Culture image,in response to the intrinsic requirements of high-quality development of modern public cultural service and innovative development of demonstration zones.
