Qualitative researches on role adaptation experience of new nurses: a Meta-integration

目的:系统评价和整合新入职护士角色适应的真实体验。方法:计算机检索the Cochrane Library、MedLine、PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库中关于新入职护士角色适应体验的质性研究,检索时限均为建库至2021年5月。采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心2016版质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行整合。结果:共纳入23篇文献,提炼出29个主题,归纳为10个类别,综合得出4个整合结果:新入职护士角色适应过程中面临的困境;新入职护士负性身心体验;新入职护士的需要;新入职护士角色适应与成长。结论:新入职护士在角色适应过程中会面临各种复杂困境,受到来自生理、心理等多方面冲击,应给予新护士帮助和支持,加强规范化培训,以促进其早日完成角色适应,胜任临床实践工作。

Objective:To systematically evaluate and integrate the real experience of role adaptation of new nurses.Methods:Qualitative researches on role adaptation experience of new nurses were searched from the Cochrane Library,MedLine,PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP and CBM.The retrieval time was from inception to May 2021.The quality of the literatures were evaluated by the quality evaluation standard for qualitative research 2016 edition of JBI evidence-based health care center of Australia,and the results were integrated and summarized by the method of aggregation.Results:A total of 23 literatures were included,29 research results were extracted and summarized into 10 categories,and four integrated results were obtained:the difficulties faced by new nurses in the process of role adaptation;new nurses′negative physical and mental experience;new nurses′needs;new nurses′adaptation and growth.Conclusions:In the process of role adaptation,new nurses will fall into various complex dilemmas and suffer from various impacts from physical and psychological aspects.Help and support should be given to new nurses,and standardized training should be strengthened to promote their early completion of role adaptation and competence in clinical practice.
