Therapeutic effect of acupoint application on chronic gastritis: a Meta-analysis

目的:系统评价穴位贴敷对慢性胃炎的治疗效果。方法:计算机检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EMbase、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Database)、维普数据库(VIP)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中关于穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃炎疗效的随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2021年11月。由2名研究人员独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,试验组总有效率[RR=1.16,95%CI(1.12,1.19),P<0.00001]、治愈率[RR=1.60,95%CI(1.24,2.08),P=0.0004]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:现有证据表明穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃炎安全、有效,但此结论仍待更多高质量、大样本、长期随访的研究予以证实。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupoint application on chronic gastritis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on the efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of chronic gastritis were searched from PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,EMbase,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP and CBM.The retrieval time was from inception to November 2021.After two researchers independently screened literatures,extracted data and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 12 literatures were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate[RR=1.16,95%CI(1.12,1.19),P<0.00001],and cure rate[RR=1.60,95%CI(1.24,2.08),P=0.0004]of the test group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Current evidence shows that acupoint application is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis,but the above conclusion needs to be confirmed by more high-quality,large-sample,long-term follow-up studies.
