摘要
建立了离子色谱法测定浓香型白酒窖泥中钙、镁离子含量的方法。样品经风干过筛、称量、加水超声提取、离心取上清液、过0.22μm微孔滤膜后稀释进样,采用IonPacCS12A分离柱(4×250 mm)分离,20 mmol/L甲基磺酸水溶液为淋洗液进行等度洗脱,流速:1.0 m L/min,进样量:25μL,检测器:电导检测器。钙离子在1.0~20.0 mg/L范围内呈线性,相关系数R~2=0.9997,窖泥样品加标回收率为92.31%~107.83%;镁离子在0.2~4.0 mg/L范围内呈线性,相关系数R~2=0.9997,窖泥样品加标回收率为95.25%~102.50%。该方法满足方法学精密度的要求,可用于检测窖泥中钙、镁离子的含量,从而监测窖泥老熟过程中钙、镁离子的含量水平,为浓香型白酒窖池的日常养护提供数据支撑。
To establish an ion chromatography method was established for the determination of calcium and magnesium ions in luzhou-flavor baijiu cellar mud.The samples were dried,screened,weighed,ultrasonically extracted with water,centrifuged to take the supernatant,filtered through 0.22 μm microporous membrane,and diluted into samples.IonPacCS12A column(4×250 mm) was used for separation,and 20 mmol/L methylsulfonic acid solution was used as the eluent for isometric elution at the flow rate:1.0 mL/min,Injection volume:25 μL,detector:conductivity detector.The calcium ion was linear in the range of 1.0~20.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient R~2 was 0.9997.The recoveries were 92.31%~107.83%.The mg ion was linear in the range of 0.2~4.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient R~2 was 0.9997.The standard recoveries of the pit mud samples were 95.25%~102.50%.The method meets the requirement of methodological precision,and can be used to detect the content of calcium and magnesium ions in pit mud,so as to monitor the content of calcium and magnesium ions in pit mud during aging,providing data basis for the daily maintenance of Nongxiang baijiu cellar.
