一种酿酒大曲连续自动成型装置的设计与应用

The Design and Application of a Kinds of a Continuous Automatic Forming Device for Baijiu Brewing Daqu

大曲作为白酒酿造的糖化、发酵、酒化和生香剂,其品质对白酒的产酒率及品质有着十分重要的影响。目前,现有设备对曲料进行成型加工时,通常存在挤压效果差、成型率低、曲块过松散等问题。针对上述问题,分析与探讨了一种酿酒大曲连续自动成型装置,该装置可以保证成型后的曲块大小均一,同时送料装置可以对原料进行搅拌,防止原料发生结块,并避免直接对曲块进行挤压成型。实践表明,该大曲连续自动成型装置的设计合理,符合设备安全要求,可以满足大曲连续自动成型的工艺要求并取得了良好的应用效果。

Daqu is used as a saccharification,fermentation,alcoholization and flavoring agent for liquor brewing,and its quality has a very important influence on the yield and quality of liquor.At present,when forming curved materials with existing equipment,there are usually problems such as poor extrusion effect,low forming rate,and excessively loose curved blocks.In view of the above problems,this article analyzes and discusses a continuous automatic forming device for brewing Daqu,which can ensure the uniform size of the formed pieces,and the feeding device can agitate the raw materials to prevent agglomeration of the raw materials,and avoid direct mixing of the raw materials.The block is extruded.Practice shows that the design of the Daqu continuous automatic forming device is reasonable,meets the equipment safety requirements,can meet the process requirements of Daqu continuous automatic forming,and has achieved good application effects.
