摘要
射洪位于四川盆地中部,涪江中游,历史悠久,人文荟萃。射洪依靠其得天独厚的生态环境和千年酿酒技艺传承,从唐宋“射洪春酒”、明代“东山谢酒”、清代“沱酒”到文化名酒——舍得酒,一脉相承,佳酿辈出。通过对射洪黍、稻、麦、高粱、玉米等种植发展的追溯,归纳了射洪酒粮作物的特点,论述了射洪酿酒业的演进离不开农业及酒粮作物的发展,介绍了舍得生态酒粮现代农业园区建设的概况。
Shehong is located in the central part of Sichuan Basin and the middle reaches of Fujiang River.It has a long history and a wealth of talents.Relying on its unique ecological environment and the inheritance of Millennium brewing skills,Shehong has come down in one continuous line from "Shehong Chunjiu" in the Tang and Song Dynasties,"Dongshan Xiejiu" in the Ming Dynasty,and "Tuojiu" in the Qing Dynasty to Shede Spirits,a famous cultural wine.By tracing back the planting development of Shehong millet,rice,wheat,sorghum and corn,this paper summarizes the characteristics of Shehong wine making crops,discusses that the evolution of Shehong wine making industry is inseparable from the development of agriculture and crops,and introduces the construction of Shede ecological wine grain modern agricultural park.
