摘要
以甘肃省麻尼寺沟乡少数民族女性为个案,运用阿马蒂亚·森的“可行能力”理论,对当地少数民族女性在摆脱贫困、谋求发展时所面临的制约性因素进行分析,认为应从文化机制的角度挖掘背后蕴含的深层次逻辑,并在适应当地文化机制的基础上从教育、就业、防护性保障和增强女性话语权四个方面提升少数民族女性发展的可行能力。
This paper takes the case of ethnic-minority women in Manisigou township, Gansu Province as a case, using Amartya Sen’s “feasible ability” theory, this paper analyzes the constraints faced by local ethnic-minority women in escaping poverty and seeking development. It is believed that the underlying logic should be explored from the perspective of cultural mechanisms, and that the ethnic-minority women’s capacity should be enhanced in four aspects: education, employment, protective security and the empowerment of women’s voices, based on the adaptation of local cultural mechanisms.
