乡村振兴,文化先行。党的十九大以来,乡村文化建设摆在了乡村振兴战略中的突出位置。现阶段在乡村经济得到较快发展的背景下,仍然存在乡村经济与乡村文化发展的不协调问题,亟待采取多种措施、通过相应优化方式,助力乡村兼顾经济与文化高质量发展。

To revitalize the countryside, culture must go first. Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the construction of rural culture has been placed in a prominent position in the rural revitalization strategy. At the current stage, under the background of the rapid development of my country’s rural economy, there is still the problem of incongruity between the development of rural economy and rural culture. It is urgent to take various measures and optimize the ways to help rural areas taking into account the high-quality development of economy and culture.
