反向式行星滚柱丝杠副的设计与虚拟装配

摘要 对反向式行星滚柱丝杠副的设计方法与虚拟装配进行研究,综合考虑结构参数选择,构建反向式行星滚柱丝杠副的具体设计流程。在此基础上,建立反向式行星滚柱丝杠副的三维实体模型,提出反向式行星滚柱丝杠副的虚拟装配方法,为后续进行静力学分析和运动学分析奠定了基础。 The structure of inverted planetary roller screw mechanism(IPRSM)is similar to that of planetary roller screw mechanism(PRSM),and the working principle is the same.It is a kind of long-life screw drive mechanism which has high load capacity and precision.At present,there is little research on this transmission mechanism at home and abroad.This paper studies the design method and virtual assembly of IPRSM,examines the selection and calculation of structural parameters,and constructs the specific design process of IPRSM.On this basis,a three-dimensional solid model of IPRSM is established,and a virtual assembly method of IPRSM is proposed,which lays the foundation for the subsequent static analysis and kinematics analysis of IPRSM.
