辽宁省物流业绿色发展水平测度

摘要 物流业一直被看作是制造污染的“重灾区”,因此实现物流业绿色发展是实现可持续发展的关键。论文以辽宁省物流业作为研究对象,借鉴前人学者的研究成果,构建了以经济水平和环境质量为要素的物流业绿色发展水平测度指标体系。用辽宁省物流业2005—2019年的历史数据进行实证研究,利用CRITIC客观赋权法确定辽宁省物流业绿色发展的指标权重;再利用TOPSIS方法测度辽宁省物流业2005—2019年的绿色发展水平。实证结果显示在辽宁省物流业绿色发展水平中,经济水平占主导地位,客运量重要性增强,且绿色发展呈现上升趋势。通过对辽宁省物流业绿色发展水平进行测度,可以为辽宁省物流业绿色发展提供参考依据,以此促进辽宁省物流业的进一步发展。 The logistics industry has always been regarded as the “worst-hit area” of the pollution manufacturing, so realizing the green development of the logistics industry is the key to achieve sustainable development. First of all, the logistics industry of Liaoning Province is taken as the research object. The research results of previous scholars drawn on, the index system of green development level with economic level and environmental quality is constructed. The historical data from 2005 to 2019 to determine the index weight by CRITIC and TOPSIS to measure the green development level of logistics industry from 2005 to 2019. The empirical results show that in the green development level of the logistics industry in Liaoning Province, the economic level dominates, the importance of passenger transport volume is enhanced, and the green development shows an upward trend. By measuring the green development level of logistics industry in Liaoning Province, it can provide a reference basis for the green development of logistics industry in Liaoning Province, so as to promote the further development of logistics industry in Liaoning Province.
