绿色住宅用户满意度影响因素及提升路径研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Residents’ Satisfaction of Green Buildings Based on SEM

针对如何提升绿色住宅用户满意度问题,运用结构方程模型对绿色住宅影响因素进行假设检验,并有针对性地提出提升路径。根据新版《绿色建筑评价标准》对绿色住宅提出的五大评价指标以及用户满意度的相关理论,构建绿色住宅用户满意度测评模型,并据此提出7个相关假设,采用调查问卷法与结构方程模型对假设进行检验。结果显示,7个假设均成立,针对绿色住宅用户满意度的影响因素指标提出提升路径,为促进我国绿色住宅发展有重要意义。

In view of how to improve the residents’ satisfaction of green buildings, Structural equation model was used to test the hypothesis of the influencing factors of the residents’ satisfaction of green buildings, and a targeted improvement path is put forward. According to the five evaluation indicators and relevant theories of residents’ satisfaction of the new Green Building Evaluation Standard,the residents’ satisfaction evaluation model is constructed, and seven relevant hypotheses are put forward accordingly, and the questionnaire method and structural equation model are used to test the assumptions. The results show that all seven hypotheses are established to improve the influencing factors of the residents’ satisfaction of green buildings, which is of great significance to promote the development of the green buildings in China.
