基于卓越匠心文化的高职院校立德树人实践路径探究

Research on the Practical Path of Establishing Morality and Cultivating People in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Excellent Ingenuity Culture

立德树人是高校的根本任务,基于卓越匠心文化的文化育人实践是高职院校实现“立德树人”的重要途径,其润物无声、潜移默化的沉浸式育人效果是其他育人方式无法替代的。文章在结合工作实践的基础上,把卓越匠心文化与专业技能教学相融合、与第二课堂社团活动相结合、与地方优秀文化资源游学行动相联合、与实习实训工作实践相耦合,深度探索基于卓越匠心文化的文化育人实践进路,形成了具有一定应用价值的地方高职院校文化育人工作路径,为落实立德树人根本任务奠定了坚实基础。

The establishing morality and cultivating people are the fundamental tasks of colleges and universities,and the practice of cultural education based on excellent ingenuity culture is an important way for higher vocational colleges to realize the goals of"establishing morality and cultivating people".Its quiet and imperceptible immersion education effect is irreplaceable by other education ways.On the basis of combining work practice,this paper combines the excellent ingenuity culture with teaching of professional skills,the second classroom club activities,the tour study of local excellent cultural resources,and the internship and training work practice,and deeply explores the effective practice approach of cultural education based on the excellent ingenuity culture,which has formed a work path of cultural education in Local Higher Vocational Colleges with certain application value and has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the fundamental tasks of establishing morality and cultivating people.
