摘要
基于高寒地区野生植物种子在常规条件下发芽率低,影响其种群繁殖的瓶颈问题,本研究采用不同种子处理方法对6种野生植物的种子发芽率进行了研究。结果表明:重磨擦破种皮处理使山野豌豆发芽率达51%;低温(-20℃~-25℃)湿沙藏处理的芍药种子发芽率达28%;高温(25℃~35℃)环境处理的羊草种子发芽率达35%;小黄花菜在40℃温水浸泡48 h,然后高温(30℃~35℃)土培处理下发芽率达42%;去种荚和磨擦种皮的方法均能显著提高绒毛胡枝子和草木樨状黄芪的种子发芽率,分别达90%和85%。
In view of the low germination rate of wild plant seeds in cold regions under conventional conditions,which affects the bottleneck of population reproduction,this study used different seed treatment methods to study the seed germination rate of six wild plants.The results showed that the germination rate of Vicia amoena was 51%under the treatment of seed coat breaking by heavy abrasion;The germination rate of Paeonia lactiflora seeds treated by low temperature(-20℃~-25℃)wet sand storage was 28%;The germination rate of Leymus chinensis seeds treated with high temperature(25℃~35℃)was 35%;The germination rate of Hemerocallis minor was 42%after soaking in 40℃warm water for 48 hours and then soil culture at high temperature(30℃~35℃);The seed germination rates of Lespedeza tomentosa and Astragalus melilotoides were significantly increased by 90%and 85%by pod removal and skin rubbing,respectively.
