我国城乡结构失衡与“三农”问题的关联性研究

Research on the Relationship between the Imbalance of Urban and Rural Structure and the Problems of Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers in China

“三农”困境是我国经济发展的重要制约因素。农业现代化建设是我国政府解决“三农”问题的重要手段,对“三农”问题的有效解决和社会主义现代化建设进程密切相关。为分析城乡结构失衡和“三农”问题的相互关系,选取1980-2020年的数据进行实证研究。研究结果表明:城乡结构失衡是历史遗留问题,在较长的滞后期内这种失衡会越发明显,最终会直接影响城乡居民的收入差距,这也是我国“三农”问题产生的主要原因。城乡之间的结构性失衡会使得经济结构转化滞后,使得城乡居民之间的收入差距不断变大。因此,要解决“三农”问题,缩小城乡居民之间的收入差距,就需要降低农业与非农产业的比较生产率,要加大城市化率和农业的规模化经营。

The predicament of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"has become an important constraint factor of China’s economic development,and its impact on the overall situation is more and more obvious.Agricultural modernization is an important means for the Chinese government to solve the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The effective solution of these problems is closely related to the process of socialist modernization.In order to analyze structural imbalance between urban and rural areas and the relationship of the problem of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",we do empirical research on data from 1980-2020,the results show that the structural imbalance between urban and rural areas is a problem left over by history,the imbalance will be more apparent during the longer lag period,will directly affect the income gap of urban and rural residents,which is the main reason for the"SAN nong"problems in our country.The structural imbalance between urban and rural areas will delay the transformation of economic structure and make the income gap between urban and rural residents become larger and larger.According to the results of empirical analysis,it can be inferred that in order to solve the problems of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents,it is necessary to reduce the comparative productivity of agricultural and non-agricultural industries,so it is necessary to increase the urbanization rate and large-scale agricultural operation.
