县域基层图书馆馆员服务能力模型构建研究--基于重庆市区县的数据分析

Research on the Service Capability Model Construction of County Grassroots Librari ans:Based on Data Analysis of Districts and Counties of Chongqing City

文章通过对基层图书馆馆员服务能力调查阅卷的实证分析,构建了包含人格特征型、知识结构型、基本素养型、专业技能型、协作服务型等5个维度的基层图书馆馆员服务能力模型,并根据该模型对基层图书馆馆员服务能力的提升提出加大对馆员服务能力的培养、运用激励机制调动馆员工作积极性、重视馆员的自我学习和业务积累等意见和建议。

Through empirical analysis of grassroots librarians’service capability questionnaire,the article constructs the grass roots librarians service capability model including personality characteristics,knowledge structure,basic literacy,professional skill,as well as collaborative service.It puts forward some advice and suggestions for improving the service capability of grassroots librarians according to the model,including increasing the librarians’service capability training,using incentive mechanism to arouse librarians’enthusiasm,attaching great importance to librarians’self-learning and paying attention to business accumulation.
