One Center&Four Platforms:Research on the Development Orientation and Func tional Mission of City Central Library to High-quality Development

文章梳理了建设与服务成效较好的代表性城市中心图书馆“十四五”乃至2035年规划的发展思路,横向分析了不同城市中心图书馆的发展定位和职能,并提取关键共识和特色创新内容。同时基于上述内容构建逻辑框架模型,论证、阐释面向2035年的城市中心图书馆发展目标设定应以人(用户、馆员)和知识为中心,聚焦体系中心、知识平台、学习平台、文化平台、交流平台的职能使命,立足实现高质量发展,响应国家战略、呼应城市定位、回应公众需求。

The article sorts out the development ideas of representative city central libraries with relatively good construction and service achievements during the 14th Five-Year Plan and by 2035 planning.It horizontally analyzes the development positions and functions of central libraries in different cities,and extracts key consensus and characteristic innovation contents.Based on the above contents,it builds a logical framework model,demonstrates and explains that the development goal setting of city cen tral libraries for 2035 should center on people(users&librarians)and knowledge,and focus on system center,knowledge plat form,learning platform,cultural platform and communication platform,which is to realize high-quality development,respond to national strategies,correspond to city positioning,and reply to public needs.
