屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)配合二甲双胍方案对多囊卵巢综合征患者疗效及性激素水平的影响

Influence of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)combined with Metformin regimen on the efficacy and sex hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的研究屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)配合二甲双胍方案对多囊卵巢综合征(POCS)患者疗效及性激素水平的影响。方法选择2020年10月至2021年9月哈尔滨市第一医院收治的86例POCS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各43例。对照组给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)(优思悦)治疗,实验组在对照组基础上配合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗3个月后的疗效、性激素、糖代谢指标及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组的治疗总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(79.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组的促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)和游离睾酮(FT)各项性激素水平优于对照组,且空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的不良反应发生率为6.98%,略低于对照组的11.63%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)配合二甲双胍方案治疗POCS患者效果显著,有效促进性激素水平恢复,改善糖代谢,同时不良反应发生率低,安全性高,有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the influence of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)combined with Metformin regimen on the efficacy and sex hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(POCS).Methods A total of 86 patients with POCS who were admitted to Harbin First Hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)and the experimental group was treated with Metformin on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,the changes of sex hormones and glucose metabolism indexes,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 3 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(79.07%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sex hormone levels such as follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG)and free testosterone(FT)in the experimental group after treatment were better than those in the control group,and fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and fasting insulin(FINS)levels were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.98%,which was lower than that in the control group(11.63%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)combined with Metformin regimen have significant effect in the treatment of POCS patients,effectively promote the recovery of sex hormone levels,improve glucose metabolism,and at the same time have a low incidence of adverse reactions,high safety,and clinical value.
