布地奈德混悬液联合正压通气治疗新生儿肺炎患儿的临床效果

Clinical effect of Budesonide Suspension combined with positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia

目的分析布地奈德混悬液联合正压通气治疗新生儿肺炎患儿的临床效果。方法选择湛江市霞山区妇幼保健院新生儿科2020年6月至2021年6月收治的61例新生儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据其住院序号单双数分组,将单数序号患儿纳入参照组(31例),将双数序号患儿纳入研究组(30例)。两组给予正压通气治疗,研究组加用布地奈德混悬液治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率和治疗前后炎症因子指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数]水平。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的CRP、WBC、中性粒细胞计数低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用布地奈德混悬液联合正压通气治疗新生儿肺炎患儿的临床效果较理想,炎症反应轻微,不良反应少。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Budesonide Suspension combined with positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of children with neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 61 children with neonatal pneumonia treated in the Department of Neonatology of Xiashan Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhanjiang City from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the single and even number of hospitalization numbers,the children with odd number were included in the reference group(31 cases)and the children with even number were included in the study group(30 cases).Both groups were treated with positive pressure ventilation,and the study group was treated with Budesonide Suspension.The total effective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions and the levels of inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein[CRP],white blood cell[WBC]and neutrophil count)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP,WBC and neutrophil counts in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Budesonide Suspension combined with positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia is ideal,with mild inflammatory reaction and fewer adverse reactions.
