宫腔防粘连透明质酸钠凝胶用于稽留流产清宫术后预防宫腔粘连的临床效果

Clinical effect of Intrauterine Anti-adhesion Sodium Hyaluronate Gel in the prevention of intrauterine adhesion after missed abortion and evacuation of uterus

目的探讨稽留流产清宫术后宫腔防粘连透明质酸钠凝胶在预防宫腔粘连方面的临床效果。方法选择揭阳市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心于2020年1月至2021年12月接诊的60例稽留流产患者为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组30例,在清宫术后接受常规抗生素治疗;治疗组30例,在清宫术后接受抗生素联合宫腔防粘连透明质酸钠凝胶治疗。随访2个月观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较其子宫内膜厚度、宫腔粘连程度及宫腔粘连发生率等相关指标。结果治疗前,两组患者的子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者子宫内膜厚度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者宫腔粘连发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者腹痛时间、阴道出血时间及月经复潮时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者阴道出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稽留流产清宫术后,给予患者宫腔防粘连透明质酸钠凝胶治疗具有较好的疗效,既有助于修复其子宫内膜,降低宫腔粘连发生率,又能有效改善患者的月经情况,促进机体康复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Intrauterine Anti-adhesion Sodium Hyaluronate Gel in the prevention of intrauterine adhesion after missed abortion and evacuation of uterus.Methods A total of 60 missed abortion patients admitted to the Jieyang Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research obj ects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine antibiotic therapy after evacuation of uterus,the treatment group received antibiotics combined with Intrauterine Anti-adhesion Sodium Hyaluronate Gel after evacuation of uterus.Follow-up for 2 months,the treatment effect was observed between the two groups.The endometrial thickness,the degree of intrauterine adhesion and the incidence of intrauterine adhesion were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the endometrial thickness of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intrauterine adhesion in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and t he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abdominal pain time,vaginal bleeding time and menstrual relapse time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After missed abortion and evacuation of uterus,the treatment of Intrauterine Anti-adhesion Sodium Hyaluronate Gel has good curative effect,which not only helps to repair the endometrium,reduces the incidence of intrauterine adhesion,but also effectively improves the menstr uation of patients,promotes the recovery of the body.
