多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的效果及对患者血常规、铁代谢的影响

Effect of Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy and its influence on blood routine and iron metabolism

目的探讨多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的效果及对患者血常规、铁代谢的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2021年6月丹巴县人民医院收治的160例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加多糖铁复合物胶囊,对比两组相关数据。结果治疗后,观察组疗效、血常规指标水平高于对照组,观察组转铁蛋白低于对照组,转铁蛋白饱和度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用多糖铁复合物胶囊可改善患者体内血清铁蛋白含量,稳定体内铁代谢水平。

Objective To explore the effect of Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy and its influence on blood routine and iron metabolism.Methods A total of 160 patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy treated in Danba County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,the observation group added Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules on the basis of the control group,and the relevant data of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the curative effect and blood routine index level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the transferrin of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the transferrin saturation was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules can improve the content of serum ferritin and stabilize the level of iron metabolism in patients.
