综合性护理模式在女性恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing mode in female patients with malignant lymphoma after chemotherapy

目的探讨综合性护理模式在女性恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后的应用效果。方法选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区2019年10月至2021年9月收治的72例女性恶性淋巴瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为观察组(综合性护理模式)和对照组(常规护理模式),每组各36例,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理总满意度(94.44%)高于对照组(72.22%)(χ^(2)=6.400,P<0.05);护理后观察组Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分[(82.46±4.02)分]高于对照组[(71.53±5.58)分](t=9.536,P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率(16.67%)低于对照组(38.89%)(χ^(2)=4.431,P<0.05);观察组护理后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分[(10.43±3.62)分]低于对照组[(15.37±3.15)分](t=6.177,P<0.05)。结论综合性护理模式在女性恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后的应用,能够让患者更加安全、舒适地接受化疗,进而消除其负性心理,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing mode in female patients with malignant lymphoma after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 72 female patients with malignant lymphoma treated with chemotherapy in the West District of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from October 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into observation group(comprehensive nursing mode)and control group(conventional nursing model)by random number table method,36 cases in each group,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(72.22%)(χ^(2)=6.400,P<0.05).The Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score after nursing of the observation group([82.46±4.02]points)was higher than that of the control group([71.53±5.58]points)(t=9.536,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group(16.67%)was lower than that of the control group(38.89%)(χ^(2)=4.431,P<0.05).The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score of the observation group([10.43±3.62]points)was lower than that of the control group([15.37±3.15]points)(t=6.177,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing mode in female patients with malignant lymphoma after chemotherapy can make patients receive chemotherapy more safely and comfortably,thus eliminating their negative psychology and improving their quali ty of life.
