优质护理干预在小儿颅脑外伤急诊抢救中的应用效果

Application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the emergency rescue of pediatric craniocerebral trauma

目的探讨优质护理干预用于小儿颅脑外伤急诊抢救以及护理的效果。方法选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院2020年9月至2021年12月收治的50例小儿颅脑外伤急诊抢救患儿,采用随机(黄绿球)方式分为观察组(优质护理,25例)和对照组(常规护理,25例),对两组患儿的临床护理效果进行比较。结果观察组患儿临床护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿护理后的神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,运动功能以及日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预在小儿颅脑外伤急诊抢救中有更高的护理效果和应用价值,值得在临床护理中推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the emergency rescue and nursing of children with craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 50 children with craniocerebral trauma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from September 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly(yellow-green ball)divided into observation group(high-quality nursing,25 cases)and control group(routine nursing,25 cases).The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical nursing of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological deficit score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,and the motor function and daily living ability scores of the children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Highquality nursing intervention has higher nursing effect and application value in the emergency rescue of children with craniocerebral trauma,which is worth popularizing in the proce ss of clinical nursing.
