形成性评价在妇科实习护士带教管理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨形成性评价在妇科实习护士带教管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取惠州市第三人民医院2018年1月至2019年10月在妇产科实习的60名护士,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30名。对照组采用传统的终结性评价进行考核,观察组采用形成性评价进行教学和考核,比较两组总评成绩和自身就业能力。结果观察组总评成绩高于对照组,其中操作成绩、临床综合能力分值两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组自身就业能力评价指标中,创新能力和自学能力指标均高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组的其他指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论形成性评价能够促进妇产科实习护士的积极性和主动性,提高解决问题的能力,为培训高素质护理人才提供参考。 Objective To explore the application effect of formative evaluation in gynecological practice nursing teaching and management.Methods A total of 60 nurses who practiced in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Third People’s Hospital of Huizhou from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was evaluated by traditional summative evaluation,and the observation group was evaluated by formative evaluation.The overall score and employability were compared between two groups.Results The total score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there were significant differences in the operational performance and clinical comprehensive ability scores between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the theoretical score(P>0.05).Among the employability evaluation indexes,innovation ability and self-study ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),but other indexes of the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Formative evaluation can promote the enthusiasm and initiative of obstetrics and gynecology practice nurses,improve the ability to solve problems,and provide reference for training high-quality nursing personnel.
