Sandwich教学法联合思维导图在中医儿科专科护士实践教学中的应用效果 被引量:5

Application effect of sandwich teaching method combined with mind mapping in practical teaching of pediatric nurses of traditional Chinese medicine

摘要 目的探讨Sandwich教学法联合思维导图在中医儿科专科护士实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月于上海中医药大学深圳医院儿科进行临床实践的30名中医专科护士学员为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为Sandwich教学法联合思维导图带教组(实验组,15名)和LBL教学带教组(对照组,15名)。在培训结束后,比较两组学员对理论考核、中医个案护理考核及操作考核的掌握程度等方面的差异性,并调查学员对中医儿科专科护士教学效果的评价。结果实验组的理论考核、中医个案护理考核及操作考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与LBL教学法比较,绝大多数学员认为应用Sandwich教学法联合思维导图能提高中医护理辨证施护能力、改善患者结局能力、中医护理技术能力、提高患者自我管理能力及中医健康教育实践能力。结论Sandwich教学法联合思维导图更适合中医儿科专科护士的实践教学,有利于培养学员成为实用型中医护理骨干人才。 Objective To explore the application effect of sandwich teaching method combined with mind mapping in the practical teaching of pediatric nurses of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Thirty traditional Chinese medicine nurse trainees who were engaged in clinical practice in Pediatrics of Shenzhen Hospital,Shanghai University of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.Using the random digital method,they were divided into sandwich teaching method combined with mind mapping teaching group(experimental group,15 cases)and LBL teaching group(control group,15 cases).After the training,the differences in the mastery of theoretical assessment,traditional Chinese medicine case nursing assessment and operation assessment were compared between the two groups,and the evaluation of students’teaching effect of traditional Chinese medicine pediatric nurses was investigated.Results The scores of theoretical assessment,traditional Chinese medicine case nursing assessment and operation assessment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with LBL teaching method,the vast majority of students believed that the application of sandwich teaching method combined with mind mapping could improve the ability of traditional Chinese medicine nursing syndrome differentiation and nursing,the ability of patient outcome,the ability of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,the ability of patient self-management and the practice ability of traditional Chinese medicine health education.Conclusion Sandwich teaching method combined with mind mapping is more suitable for the practical teaching of pediatric nurses of traditional Chinese medicine,which is conducive to cultivating students to become practical backbone talents of tr aditional Chinese medicine nursing.
