随着时代的进步和科学技术的迅猛发展,人们对信息资源的整合管理和快速提取提出了更高要求。医院作为病历等信息档案的重要存储和使用部门,为提高自身的工作效率,面临着信息化管理的挑战。电子病历的应用简化了就医流程,实现了患者信息的快速传递,推动了医院管理系统的信息化建设。因此,重点研究电子病历的形成和应用,构建基于电子病历的信息管控新模式体系,以期能对医院的信息化管理提供有益建议。

The progress of the times and the rapid development of science and technology not only provide great convenience for people’s life,but also put forward higher requirements for the integrated management and rapid extraction of information and resources.As an important storage and use department of medical records and other information archives,hospitals are also facing the challenge of information management in order to improve their work efficiency.The application of electronic medical record quickly simplifies the medical process,realizes the rapid transmission of patient information,and promotes the information construction of hospital management system.This paper focuses on the formation and application of electronic medical record,and constructs a new model system of information management and control based on electronic medical record,hoping to provide useful suggestions for hospital information management.
