摘要 随着我国社会经济的发展,个人健康管理受到很多人关注。本文设计了基于微信小程序的个人健康管理系统,利用微信小程序轻量化、高可用、易分发、易扩展的特点,通过记录用户日常生活习惯,分析用户个人健康状态,从而进行健康干预和监护。使用协同过滤推荐算法实现健康信息的个性化推送,丰富健康信息传递渠道,并推进常态化个人健康管理服务。 With the development of China’s social economy,personal health management has received a lot of attention.In this paper,we design a personal health management system based on WeChat applets.Using the features of WeChat applets,which are lightweight,highly available,easy to distribute and easy to expand,we analyze users’ personal health status by recording their daily habits,so as to perform health intervention and monitoring.It uses collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm to realize personalized pushing of health information,enrich health information delivery channels,and promote regular personal health management services.
