摘要
中国残疾人康复协会2021年12月24日发布了《助听器验配服务规范》团体标准(T/CARD019-2021),为助听器验配服务验配前和验配后阶段提供了总体框架和服务规范,从服务原则、服务条件、服务内容、服务质量及服务支持等方面提出具体要求,特别是在服务内容环节上提供了详实可操作的服务模式,为从事助听器验配工作的机构和专业技术人员提供了工作依据。本文解读了团标的主要内容,对促进助听器验配服务具有指导意义。
China Association of Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons published an association standard, named as the Association Standard for Hearing Aid Fitting Service Specifications in 12/24/2021. The standard offers hearing aid fitting general framework and service standards, which contains both before-fitting and after-fitting stages. The standard specifies service principles,service conditions, the contents of service, service qualities, and service supports. Especially on service contents, detailed and easy-touse service patterns are offered to the hearing aid fitting institutions and professionals, as a reference manual. This paper interprets the major part of the association standard, which could serve as a general community guidance for improving hearing aid fitting services.
