老年人智能言语陪伴系统中的话轮转换策略研究

Research on Turn-Taking Strategies in Elderly Intelligent Speech Assistance System

全球范围内的老龄化程度日益加深,老年人群的语言服务至关重要。本文从会话分析中的话轮理论出发,分析老年人智能言语陪伴系统中的话轮转换策略。选取阿尔兹海默症(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者使用陪伴系统时的真实语料作为语言样本,分析AD患者在自然语境下的语言形式问题、语义理解程度、语言运用特点及会话速率等,明确话轮的转换策略,提出改进系统的建议。

The degree of global aging is deepening, and language services for the elderly are also crucial. Starting from the turn theory of conversation analysis, this paper analyzes the turn taking strategy in the elderly intelligent speech companion system. This research selects the real corpus of Alzheimer’s disease(AD) patients when using the companion system as the language sample, reveals and analyzes the language form problems, semantic understanding, language use characteristics, and conversation rate of AD patients in the natural context, and then defines the turn taking strategy, put forward suggestions to improve the system and improve the scientifically of the system.
