摘要
页岩陶粒作为一种全新的人造轻集料,拥有防火、隔热、轻质、高强度、隔音、节能、环保等优点,在建筑材料领域得到广泛的应用。为了全面认识页岩陶粒的性能及应用现状,从页岩陶粒的原材料选择、烧胀试验以及材料性能等方面进行了总结分析,阐述了不同原材料的化学物理、矿物成分对页岩陶粒性能的影响,最后总结分析了页岩陶粒在建筑节能、桥梁工程、隔声降噪以及公路工程等方面的应用现状。
This paper summarizes and analyzes the selection of raw materials, swelling test and material properties of shale ceramsite, and expounds the effects of chemical physics and mineral composition of different raw materials on the properties of shale ceramsite. Finally, the shale ceramsite is summarized and analyzed. Application status in building energy saving, bridge engineering, sound insulation and noise reduction and highway engineering.
