摘要
液化烃码头工程管线系统复杂,需在有限空间内高度集中多专业协作运转,为提升设计质量,提高施工管理水平,将BIM技术应用于液化烃码头工程,遵循设计模型交付、施工模型处理、施工管理应用的工作顺序,开展施工图阶段模型到施工管理阶段模型处理方式的研究应用,探索出一套适用于液化烃码头工程的设计+施工管理BIM技术应用方案,为类似工程BIM应用的开展提供参考,为工程全生命周期应用中的运维应用的开展提供基础。
The pipeline system of the liquefied hydrocarbon terminal project is complicated and requires a high degree of concentrated multi-disciplinary cooperation in a limited space. In order to improve the design quality and the construction management level, the BIM technology is applied to the liquefied hydrocarbon terminal project following the work sequence of design model delivery, construction model processing and construction management application. The research and application of model processing methods from the construction drawing stage to the construction management stage were carried out, and a set of design + construction management BIM technology applications suitable for liquefied hydrocarbon terminal projects was explored. The plan provides a reference for the development of BIM applications in similar projects and provides a basis for the development of operation and maintenance applications in the full life cycle of the project.
