摘要
为深入研究和分析核电厂冷源拦截设施在海水中的受力情况,通过某核电厂取水拦截设施物理模型试验,分析网兜式拦网在不同水深、波高和流速的作用下,固定锚点处的受力变化趋势和受各因素影响的大小。根据试验结果,建议网兜布置在波高较小、水流流速较低的位置。同时,建议在现场网兜固定处安装拉力监测装置,及时清理网兜内拦截物。试验研究成果为核电厂冷源拦截设施的设计和核电厂日常运维提供科学的试验依据。
In order to deeply study and analyze the stress of cooling water source interception facilities of nuclear power plant in seawater, through the physical model test of water intake interception facility in a nuclear power plant, we analyzed the net pocket block under different water depths, wave height and flow velocity, and the change trend of stress at the fixed anchor point and the size affected by various factors. According to the experimental results, it is suggested that the net pocket should be arranged at the position with small wave height and low flow velocity. At the same time, it is recommended to install a tension monitoring device at the fixed place of the on-site net pocket and clean up the interceptors in the net pocket in time. The test and research results provide a scientific test basis for the design of cooling water source interception facilities and daily operation and maintenance of nuclear power plant.
