絮凝-真空抽滤联合处理废弃泥浆

摘要 为有效减小泥浆体积、加速泥水分离,选取APAM和Ca(OH)2絮凝剂,联合泥水分离模型试验装置对泥浆抽滤液质量、表层水高度和泥面沉降高度持续监测,探究絮凝剂类型对泥水分离效果影响,分析真空负压作用下絮凝调理废弃泥浆泥水分离规律。结果表明:添加APAM使前250 h内平均抽滤速度从0.80 g/min提高至0.87 g/min,泥面总沉降量提高20.7%;添加Ca(OH)促使抽滤初期排水速率明显加快,前30 min抽滤速度最高达7.9 g/min,173 h时抽滤过程趋于结束,明显缩短抽滤时间。APAM+Ca(OH)絮凝泥浆前30 min内抽滤速度最快10.1 g/min,第80 h可达最终抽滤液质量的82.7%,150 h左右抽滤过程几近完成。 To reduce slurry volume and accelerate the separation of slurry-water, APAM and Ca(OH)2flocculants are selected and combined with the slurry-water separation model test device to continuously monitor the quality of mud suction filtration,the height of surface water and the height of mud surface settlement, explore the influence of flocculant types on the separation effect of slurry-water, and analyze the separation law of flocculating and conditioning waste slurry and water under the action of vacuum negative pressure. The results show that after adding APAM, the average velocity in the first 250 h before filtration increases from 0.80 g/min to 0.87 g/min, and the total settlement of the slurry surface is raised by 20.7%. After adding Ca(OH),the drainage rate increases greatly in the initial stage. The fastest filtration rate is 7.9 g/min in the first 30 minutes, and nearly reaches the end of filtration at 173 h, shortening evidently the filtration period. The combination of APAM+Ca(OH)induces the filtration velocity up to 10.1 g/min in the first 30 minutes, 82.7% at 80 h of final water mass, and nearly reaches the end of filtration at 150 h.
