摘要
轨道交通对城市发展的影响主要体现在站点地区,轨道交通站点地区交通与土地利用的高水平协同对城市可持续发展至关重要。文章基于贝托里尼的节点-场所模型,在根据节点导向和场所导向的原则改进节点-场所模型曲线的基础上,以厦门市轨道交通1号线6个岛内站点为研究对象,对各站点地区交通和土地利用的协同情况进行评价。评价结果表明,湖滨东路站、吕厝站属于压力状态;乌石浦站、火炬园站属于平衡状态;高崎站属于从属状态;镇海路站属于失衡场所状态。最后,据此提出各站点地区的协同性改进建议,以期实现其可持续发展。
The impact of rail transit on urban development is mainly reflected in the rail transit station areas,and the good coordination between transportation and land utilization in the rail transit station areas are crucial to sustainable urban development.Based on Bertolini’s node-place model,and the basis of improving the node-place model curve according to the principle of node-orientation and place-orientation,this paper takes six stations in Xiamen rail transit line 1 in the island as the study objects,and evaluates the synergy of traffic and land utilization in each one of the station areas.The evaluation results show that Hubin Donglu station and Lvcuo station are under a stress situation;Wushipu station and Huojuyuan station are in a balanced state;Gaoqi station is in a dependence state;Zhenhai Road station is in an unbalanced state.Finally,based on these evaluations,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the synergy of each station area in order to achieve sustainable development.
