暗挖隧道衬砌裂缝产生原因分析与预防控制研究

Study on cause analysis,prevention and control of lining cracks in mined tunnels

暗挖法施工被广泛应用于基础设施建设中,裂缝作为最常见的混凝土缺陷之一,对于暗挖隧道混凝土质量会产生重要影响,若不采取有效预防措施将增大后期的治理难度和成本,影响暗挖混凝土的耐久性。文章通过对常见暗挖隧道衬砌裂缝的类型、产生机理以及形成原因进行分析,继而制定科学的预防策略,以期为类似暗挖隧道工程衬砌裂缝的预防与控制提供参考和借鉴。

The mining method is widely used in infrastructure construction.As one of the most common concrete defects,cracks have crucial impact on the concrete quality for mined tunnels.Without effective preventive measures,increasing cracks will enlarge the difficulty and cost of final treatment,and affect the durability of concrete on mined tunnel.This paper analyzes the types,mechanisms and causes of common lining cracks in the mined tunnel,and then formulates scientific prevention strategies,with a view to providing references for the prevention and control of lining cracks in similar mined tunnel projects.
