基于“双元制”人才培养模式的大学生就业创业能力提升策略研究

新时代,经济发展新常态的现实情境对我国高等教育人才培养提出更高要求。为适应时代发展的需求,我国高等教育人才培养模式作出战略性的变革,即以“校企合作、产教融合”为内涵的校企“双元育人”模式,与大学生创新创业教育息息相关。然而,在具体推进校企合作和产教融合的实施中仍面临政策制度的非健全性、内容结构的非全面性和发展关系的非对称性等困境。基于此,高校需要联合企业、政府通过完善宏观体系构建、探索创新合作模式、强化高校协同功能、优化健全组织机制等路径改革教育模式,优化“双元育人”实施效果,全面提升应用型人才规模和素养,合力推动大学生就业创业能力的提升。

In the new era,the reality of the new normal of economic development has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of higher education talents in our country.In order to meet the needs of the development,our country's higher education talent training model has made a strategic change,that is,the collegeenterprise"dual education"model with"college-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education"as its connotation.However,in the concrete promotion of college-enterprise cooperation and the implementation of the integration of industry and education,we stil face the dilemma of imperfect policy system,imperfect content structure and asymmetry of development relationship.Based on this,universities need to combine enterprises and the govermment to reform the education model by improving the construction of the macro system,exploring innovative cooperation models,strengthening the collaboration function of universities,and optimizing and improving the organizational mechanism,so as to optimize the implementation effect of"dual education",and comprehensively promote applicationoriented talents.Scale and literacy work together to promote the ability of employment and entrepreneurs.
