从高铁效应评价的内涵、意义、原则出发,根据高铁自身特点,建立高铁效应“点、线、面、体”四维评价体系,阐析高铁效应点维度、线维度、面维度和体维度评价基本内涵和主要指标,并归纳总结四维评价相互关系,为高铁效应全面性、系统性、科学性、综合性评价提供支撑。

From perspectives such as essence,meaning and principle of highspeed railway′s effects assessment,this paper sets up a fourdimensional assessment system as point,line,plane and solid in accordance with highspeed railway′s own characteristics.It analyzes the fundamental essence and main index of highspeed railway effects assessment from these four dimensions,and summarizes their mutual relationships,thus provides support for the comprehensive,systematic,scientific and synthetical assessment of highspeed railway′s effects.
