芬顿三相催化氧化对印染废水的深度处理效果 被引量:2

Performance of Fenton Three-phase Catalytic Oxidation Process for Advanced Treatment of Dyeing and Printing Wastewater

摘要 针对绍兴某印染集聚区污水处理厂提标改造需求,采用芬顿三相催化氧化工艺深度处理印染废水。结果表明,该工艺可稳定地将气浮出水COD从112 mg/L降至27 mg/L,生化出水COD从227 mg/L降至36 mg/L,其他水质指标均可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级A标准。同时,详细介绍了该工艺的流程、特点及各处理单元设计参数,分析了主要经济指标,可为印染废水处理工程提供借鉴。 Fenton three-phase catalytic oxidation advanced treatment process was applied for upgrading and reconstruction of a wastewater treatment plant in a dyeing and printing industrial park in Shaoxing.The process stably reduced the effluent COD of air flotation process from 112 mg/L to 27 mg/L,and the effluent COD of biochemical process from 227 mg/L to 36 mg/L.All other indexes met the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).In addition,the process flow,characteristics and design parameters of each treatment unit were introduced in detail,and the main economic indicators were analyzed,which aimed to provide reference for dyeing and printing wastewater treatment projects.
