国家铁路局发布行业标准《铁路驼峰及调车场设计规范》

国家铁路局发布新版TB 10062—2018《铁路驼峰及调车场设计规范》(以下简称“新规范”),自2019年3月1日起实施。TB 10062—1999《铁路驼峰及调车场设计规范》同时废止。铁路驼峰及调车场作为铁路站场中的重要组成部分,在铁路运输中具有重要地位。新规范全面总结了1999年以来驼峰及调车场设计、施工、运营的实践经验,采纳了多项试验成果,在广泛征求各方意见的基础上,结合近年来铁路货车车辆技术的发展和驼峰调车场调速控制设备的技术更新,对原规范进行了修订完善。修订过程中认真贯彻国家“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念,以适应技术发展、服务运输为原则,紧紧把握铁路技术政策和发展方向,充分体现规范的前瞻性、系统性、先进性、实用性和安全性。

The National Railway Administration of the People′s Republic of China has published the new edition of TB 10062—2018 Code for Design on Hump and Marshalling Yard of Railway(abbreviated as the new Code)which will be implemented since March 1st,2019.Meanwhile,TB 10062—1999 Code for Design on Hump and Marshal-ling Yard of Railway will be annulled.Railway hump and marshalling yard are the important part of railway station yards and play a vital role in rail-way transportation.
