Research on Development Vision of China′s High-speed Railways in the New Era

理念是行动的先导,一定的发展实践皆是由一定的发展理念指导的。本文着重对新时代中国高铁创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享等5大新发展理念的内涵要义、实现途径及其之间的相互关系进行了系统阐述,旨为推动中国高铁持续高质量发展提供思想探引。
