轮胎花纹节距对轮胎低频噪声的影响

摘要 为研究花纹节距对轮胎低频噪声的影响,总结不同花纹与声压级的变化规律。通过在半消音室内运用目前主流的低噪音转鼓试验方法,按照标准载荷与标准气压对不同规格不同花纹轮胎进行噪声测试,运用LMS TEST.LAB数据采集系统,记录轮胎在不同速度下的声压级大小,研究了轮胎噪声频谱图和随速度变化的声压折线图。通过频谱分析,结果表明:花纹对轮胎低频噪声影响的频率段是(300~800)Hz;对于轿车轮胎,轮胎花纹噪声与车辆行驶速度呈现正相关;花纹左半部分与右半部分明显不对称,并且左右大小有明显差异的花纹可以有效降低轮胎噪声;五节距花纹更能有效减少相同频率上噪声的叠加。 In order to study the influence of tread pitch on low frequency noise of tire,the changing rules of different tread patterns and sound pressure levels were summarized.By using the current mainstream low-noise drum test method in the semi anechoic room,the noise test is carried out for tires with different specifications and patterns according to the standard load and standard air pressure,and LMS is used TEST.LAB The data acquisition system records the tire’s sound pressure level at different speeds,and studies the tire noise spectrum and the sound pressure line chart changing with the speed.Through spectrum analysis,the results show that the frequency range of tread pattern effect on tire low-frequency noise is(300~800)Hz;for car tires,the tread noise is positively related to the vehicle speed;the tread patterns with obvious asymmetry between the left and right half of the tread patterns and obvious difference in size between the left and right can effectively reduce the tire noise;the five pitch tread patterns can effectively reduce the noise superposition on the same frequency.
