可折叠隐形步梯斜坡滑道机构设计

摘要 为了解决人们在步梯行进过程中,推车或拖拽行李的不便,设计开发可折叠隐形步梯斜坡滑道装置。针对现有同类装置的缺点和不足,提出交错梳齿结构布局,实现可折叠隐形并保持原有步梯结构和功能。通过应用一组联动平行四边形机构和凸轮机构的巧妙组合,有效解决了坡道支撑板的承载问题,实现坡道上下2个操纵手柄可完成整个装置的抬升、旋转、向下移动和固定限位等多个动作。设计制造了坡道机构的实验样机,实验结果验证了设计的可行性和实用性。 In order to solve the problem of pushing cart or dragging luggage on the stairs,the foldable hidden slope slide device is designed and developed.Based on the analysis of disadvantages of the existing devices,the author proposes the staggered comb structure not only to achieve the function of hidden foldability but to keep the original structure and function of the stairs as well.Through the creative combination of a set of linkage parallelogram and cam mechanism,the bearing problem of the support plate for the ramp is effectively solved.A series of actions,including lifting,rotation,downward movement,fixation,can be completed by the two operating handles on the ramp.The experimental prototype of the ramp mechanism is designed and established and the feasibility and practicability of the design is verified by the experimental results.
