数控轧辊磨床三点非接触式测量原理及误差分析与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 国内轧辊磨床生产厂家目前采用的测量方法为两点接触式测量方法,这类测量方法传动简单,在机测量无需多次搬运轧辊,一定程度上提高了工作效率;但其缺点也很明显,不能边加工边测量,测量精度不高无法参与程序运算,不能适时修正加工参数。通过学习研究前人研究成果提出了一种三点法非接触测量系统用于轧辊在线测量,该方法基于最小二乘法评判圆度误差并利用三点法误差分离技术(EST)分离出主轴的回转误差,基于MATLAB平台建立了该方法的数学模型,并对三点法测量的误差来源进行了分析,在误差分离数学模型的基础上建立了定位夹角误差对测量精度影响的数学模型,并仿真验证了该模型的正确性。 At present,the measuring method adopted by the domestic roll grinder manufacturers is two-point contact measuring method.This kind of measuring method is simple in transmission,and it does not need to carry the roll for many times in the ma⁃chine measurement,which improves the working efficiency to some extent.However,its disadvantages are also obvious.It can’t be measured while machining,the measurement accuracy is not high,and it can’t participate in program calculation,and it can’t correct machining parameters timely.Through study the predecessors’research results put forward a kind of non-contact measure⁃ment system of the three point method is used to roll the online measurement,the method based on least square evaluation of roundness error and by using three point method error separation technique(EST)to isolate the spindle rotation error,the method of mathematical model is established based on MATLAB platform and three point method and the measurement error sources are analyzed,on the basis of the mathematical model of error separation set up the mathematical model of position angle error influ⁃ence on the accuracy of measurement,and the simulation results verify the accuracy of the model.
