基于无网格方法的滚动球轴承温度场分析

摘要 滚动轴承是机械设备中的重要元件,它的热结构耦合特性对机器性能影响较大,即准确又快速的计算出滚动轴承温度场分布是有重要意义的。无网格法是一种不需要进行网格划分,仅以分散的节点信息作为依据构造近似函数的数值计算方法,作为无网格方法的一种,加权最小二乘无网格法以其具有的精度高、速度快的优势被应用于众多领域。本文将加权最小二乘无网格法应用于滚动轴承的温度场求解中,并对其进行瞬态建模分析,编制了相应的计算程序,将计算结果与试验数据进行对比后,证明该方法是一种准确高效的滚动轴承温度场分析方法。 Rolling bearings are important components in mechanical equipment,and its thermal structural coupling characteris⁃tics have a great influence on the performance of the machine.It is important to accurately and quickly calculate the temperature field distribution of rolling bearings.The meshless method is a numerical calculation method that does not require meshing,and only uses scattered node information as a basis to construct an approximate function.As one of the meshless methods,the weight⁃ed least squares meshless method has been applied in many fields because of its high precision and high speed.The weighted least squares meshless method is used to solve the temperature field of rolling bearings,and the transient modeling analysis is carried out.The corresponding calculation program is compiled.It is proved that the method is an accurate and efficient rolling bearing temperature field analysis method through comparing the calculation results with experimental data.
