摘要 首先介绍了肘杆机构夹紧气缸在汽车焊装夹具行业的应用,对比拉杆式夹紧气缸说明了此气缸的特点。随后说明了肘杆机构夹紧气缸的结构组成及其工作原理。给出了肘杆机构的参数化机构模型。基于此模型进行了机构的位置分析和静力分析。在此基础上讨论了肘杆机构的设计变量的计算方法,主要包括气缸行程与夹臂打开角度的关系式,以及夹臂输出力矩的计算公式的推导。最后通过算例说明了参数化机构模型中设计变量,以及肘杆机构的尺度综合的方法。 Firstly,the application of clamp cylinder with toggle mechanism in automotive welding fixture industry is introduced.And the characteristics of the cylinder are illustrated by contrast with the type of clamp cylinder with pull rod.Then the structure and principle of the clamping cylinder with toggle mechanism are introduced.The parameterized dynamic model of the toggle mechanism is established.The position analysis and static analysis of the mechanism are carried out based on the model.On this basis,the calculation method of the design variables of the toggle mechanism that include the relationship formula between the cylinder stroke and the opening angle of the clamping arm and the formula of the output torque of the clamping arm is discussed.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the design variables in the parametric mechanism model and the method of scale synthe⁃sis of the toggle mechanism.
